- Work under the direction of the Technical Lead to support core product improvements and new initiatives on our technology roadmap
- Support the Test team to execute both technical and manual tests as and when required
- Assist the Helpdesk team for 3rd line customer support
- SQL Server skills for data analysis and validation
- An understanding of the test lifecycle (planning, analysis, execution, reporting)
