BusinessPort are looking to hire a new member for our Technical team to support external and internal projects.
This role would be ideally suited to someone who has recently completed an IT related University degree or has 1 or 2 years' experience of Application Support or working as a 1st/2nd line Helpdesk Analyst.
The role would involve the following activities:
- Workflow Analysis and Configuration (Agility Workflow) - implement software configuration and assist in building custom process workflow for customer solutions
- System Testing - support the Test team for new releases of the Agility System
- Helpdesk Support - 1st and 2nd line support for Agility and Agility Workflow Systems
