Aberdeen Company Latest Software Release

BusinessPort is an Aberdeen based company who champion process based Management systems. Such systems enable organizations to manage their core business processes through a corporate Business Assurance approach. Their current Agility management suite of software includes powerful process and document management functions along with risk management and compliance control capability. The BusinessPort approach, along with their software has performed well for Global and UK based companies. Peter Shields , M.D, has 12 years experience in Process Management and is the driving force behind his BusinessPort team. He says "After the success of 'Agility management system' , 15th May will see the launch of the new 'Agility Enterprise Portal' in front of invited clients. The latest software release combines the power of the Agility Management System within a portal infrastructure. This allows organisations to incorporate other relevant information and link other business applications. This creates an intranet environment without heavy reliance on traditional IT resources."

The new Agility Enterprise Portal draws together all aspects of an organizations management system that would have previously existed in a fragmented, uncontrolled state.

BusinessPort also promote their 'Agility for Sharepoint'. This further enables information and document sharing. Agility web parts can be deployed within the organisation's Sharepoint intranet to make process based management system information widely available. Further integrating with the Sharepoint Business Data Catalog, data within the Agility Management System can be used anywhere within Sharepoint.

Ultimately all Agility suites allow improved visibility and gives process transparency to any organisation.
