Project Skills Required:

• Provide Process Mapping Training to clients
• Define an organisation's process structure
• Provide support to client on change management
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team on a client site

Business Skills Required:

• To have knowledge of Business Process Management methodologies, Project Management and Reporting techniques
• Be able to work to project plan milestones and deadlines
• To seek and identify new opportunities for BusinessPort
• Be able to coach and mentor junior team members
