Document Management
It is the nature of a business process to have supporting documents e.g. policy statements, job documents, business forms, compliance statements, information from the company intranet. Those documents need to be managed and be relevant to the business and updated within the process. The Agility software links these documents with activities within a process map, allowing the business organisation to be able to see what documents are involved in what part of the process. The administration suite also allows review dates to be set as well as versioning and full document history.

The system has been developed to provide standard Document Management functionality and as such has been built to control the thousands of text files necessary to support operations.

- With full contextual search functionality, documents can be quickly located
- The system utilises Microsoft SQL Server technology and is therefore scalable which enables the Agility software to contain the documents for small to large global organisations
